The food was very good (chicken Rasta pasta, coco bread, cabbage). Our waiters were nice. However, we brought a cake in for a birthday and we were told that if we needed plates and a knife to cut the cake, it would be 5 dollars a person. Bummer. But other than that, it was a great experience.
KONOKO's food will definitely take your taste buds on a trip to Jam Rock! Reserving a table was fairly simpe and they have a rewards program for those whom wish to frequent the restaurant. Me amd my date had the oxtl platter, shrimp rasta pasta, salmon bites and 2 drinks from the bar. It was all well worth the $$$!
Rasta Pasta, the creamy sauce and fresh peppers and onions. Shrimp. It was a great portion size for lunch. The atmosphere was modern-contemporary with a Carribean flight vibe. The service was great and it has been consistent for years at this location and the Aberdeen location (Island Spice). The price is a little high but it is worth it for the food, service and atmosphere. Overall, Konoko is worth a visit if you have never been and you will not be disappointed. My favorite part about this restaurant is the music, it fits the vibe well.
I have a family of 5 and all 5 of them were impressed, my toddler devoured her pasta and my teens loved their dishes, but our favorite part was Crystal! She not only has outstanding customer service, but also very well spoken and answered our questions calmly and politely. She will be one of the reasons why Im coming back for my birthday 100% My second favorite thing was the most delicious shrimp pasta I have had in years, and we can't go without mentioning the welcoming staff and incredible atmosphere! What a great time to have Jamaican food in White Marsh! Thank you Crystal
The Food was Excellent AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM hostess to our waiter named Mike, constantly checking in on us for refills ect. Large portions of each meal. great atmosphere very photogenic. Being festive We even joined in on the happy birthday song with staff for a customer. Very Diverse crowd of people. Great location , in a very well lit area. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times . FYI they do add an 18 percent gratuity but being that the food and service was so amazing I had to tip even more
Took the family Konoko’s to switch things up a bit. The food was really delicious. Everything was hot, fresh and well seasoned and not too spicy for the kids. The mac & cheese wasn’t really that cheesy so it was just subpar for me. The atmosphere was really nice, chill and family oriented, but I thought that the price was extremely high for this entire meal Came in at over $200 (gratuity included). The waiter Otis was really nice and did a great job recommending some solid dishes to try. The jerk chicken and shrimp Rasta pasta was well seasoned, very creamy and delicious. Never had deep-fried salmon bites before, but these were crazy delicious I would absolutely recommend trying these if you’ve never had them before. The red snapper was seasoned well and very flakey & delicious and it came with your choice of two sauces, which were both delicious, but was very small for the market price. I would definitely give this place another try, but I think I’ll reserve the next visit for date night instead of with the entire family. If you like Caribbean food or want to give it a try, I would highly recommend giving Konoko’s a shot. Follow more reviews @IG: Robthefoodguy @eat_n_critique
